A clutch of villages scattered through the dunelands, set amongst open space, forest, wetland and streams, where the natural environment is protected, the local character is reflected, and community spirit is built and supported as a matter of course.
The Ngarara proposal is in its very early stages officially, but there are years of planning already in this project.
